I waited several weeks for my refund but never received it. I contacted customer service and they said they don’t have it and told me I had to do an investigation. After I initiated an investigation nobody knows where the package is. Customer service refused to assist in helping sort this out. Told me they couldn’t help me. Now I’m out $225 and I don’t even have the sweater. Very disappointed and will not buy any more from you.
