The quality of the cashmere is wonderful. Soft, thick and very well made. The customer service is amazing as well as they replied to my emails right away. I wanted the oversize sweater as I like my sweaters loose. This one is definitely loose and I might have been able to order a small instead of a medium/large as it does fit big (I'm 5'7" and 143 lbs). I will definitely be ordering another sweater soon! Thankyou!!
