I love this sweater and others that I've purchased over the past 10 years!! I'm 5'4" and normally wear a US 6 or 8. I like my sweaters to fit a bit loosely and come down to my hips. The size Medium fits perfectly. After years of usage, my Maison Cashmere sweaters continue to look new, hold their shape, and feel incredibly soft. They are worth waiting for !

Delays in delivery Mit Google Übersetzen

I ordered a milk white cashmere snood on 14 January 2024 paying for express delivery in time (as I thought) for my daughter-in-law's birthday on 22 January. The confirmation stated that it 'will be ready for shipment in 2 business days'. It actually wasn't made yet. To cut a long story short, after innumerable delays, queries and emails, it arrived on 2 February! so I was unable to give it to her until 15 February when I next visited. This was most disappointing - and the item was nice but not brilliant (and £5 for a piece of cardboard to present it as a gift?). I can understand that they cannot keep many items in stock in all colours and sizes - but a scarf? So, allow plenty of time for delivery - order now in time for Christmas 2024?!

I ordered on the 13/12/23 and didn’t receive it until around the 8/2/24. That seemed a rather long time to wait for an item. Of course, I did email and ask the status of the order. Unfortunately, some replies a bit delayed. Response time could’ve been better.
