Sehr schöne Stola. Sieht richtig chic aus. Material einwandfrei. Direkt nach der Bestellung Info erhalten, dass die Produktion innerhalb weniger Tage startet. Kurz darauf eine Info erhalten, dass sich die Produktion verzögert. Mehrfach nachgefragt, wann die Lieferung erfolgt. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation allerdings mehrfach ohne Angabe eines Liefertermins. Lieferung erfolgte dann nach 8 Wochen. Damit hätte ich kein Problem, wenn man das einfach klipp und klar kommuniziert. Die Rückgabe einer vorherigen Lieferung wurde in Form von Bonuspunkten gutgeschrieben, die bei der nächsten Bestellung dann aber nur zu einem gewissen Anteil des Kaufpreises eingelöst werden konnten.
